These Terms govern your use of ClipMend ("the App", "we", "us"), a macOS application operated by an independent sole trader based in Ukraine. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
ClipMend is currently provided as a free public beta. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Macs that you own or control.
You may use the App to process your own media or media you are authorised to process. You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the App; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the App, except where permitted by law; (c) use the App for unlawful purposes.
The App is provided free of charge during the public beta. It is under active development, so features may change and occasional bugs are expected. We'd genuinely value your feedback at hello@clipmend.com.
We may provide updates to the App from time to time, delivered through the App's built-in updater.
The App is provided "as is". Video repair depends on the condition of the source file and may not always be possible; we do not guarantee that any specific file can be recovered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, arising from use of the App. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
