These Terms govern your purchase and use of ClipMend ("the App", "we", "us"), a macOS application operated by an independent sole trader based in Ukraine. By purchasing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the App on up to three (3) Macs that you own or control, for the current major version. The license is delivered as a license key used to activate the App.
You may use the App to process your own media or media you are authorised to process. You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the App or your license key; (b) reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to bypass licensing or activation, except where permitted by law; (c) use the App for unlawful purposes.
Certain features are available free of charge. Full-quality export of repaired files and Pro features require a valid license. We may offer a free preview of results before purchase. Pricing is shown on our Pricing page and may change for future purchases.
Orders are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who handles billing, payment and applicable taxes. Paddle's terms also apply to your transaction.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may provide updates within the current major version at no extra cost. Future major versions may be offered as a separate paid upgrade.
The App is provided "as is". Video repair depends on the condition of the source file and may not always be possible; we do not guarantee that any specific file can be recovered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, arising from use of the App. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
