Email hello@clipmend.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number or license key. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once refunded, the associated license is deactivated.
You can load a file, run the repair, and preview the result for free before purchasing — so you can confirm ClipMend works on your file before paying. Note that whether a severely damaged file can be recovered depends on the file itself.
